All Grant requests must benefit residents of the four Northeast Indiana Counties: DeKalb, LaGrange, Noble, and Steuben. If you believe your charitable organization has a request that fits within our guidelines, fill out our Letter of Proposal Form:
We will confirm receipt of the preliminary proposal letter. If you do not hear from us within two weeks, please call.
Once we approve a preliminary proposal, we will send you a link to an application. Grant applications are considered quarterly. A Foundation representative may contact you during the process for more information.
